Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples

services offered in person and via telehealth

Where should we begin?

  • Life Transitions

Am I in the right marriage? Can I take that leap professionally? Why am I so anxious all the time? Life looks a lot different than I imagined. What is holding me back?

    Let’s dig in.

  • Trauma and Grief

We are the sum of our experiences. The work of therapy, at its core, is to make the subconscious conscious. This includes processing and healing from the life events which have shaped us. These experiences are carried in our minds and bodies. Healing will begin from the inside out.

  • Reproductive Mental Health

The desire to create a family is at the center of our biology. An infertility diagnosis is processed in our brain with the same magnitude as a cancer diagnosis. Psychotherapy for reproductive mental health includes navigating IVF, IUI, surrogacy, donor egg/sperm, grief, identity, fear, anger, lost time, and acceptance.

  • Adoption Competent Therapy

In order for any adoption to occur, something tragic must occur first. Understanding and support from the adoptee perspective is profoundly underrepresented in the mental health field. I provide psychotherapy for adoptees to navigate the complexity of grief, loss, and birth family reunions. Consultation services are also available for adoptive parents.

  • LGBTQIA Inclusive

I have worked extensively with queer individuals and couples in all phases of life. This includes coming out, the pursuit of parenthood (donor conception), couples conflict, co-parenting, and the unique challenges, sociological ignorance and discrimination LGBTQIA people face.
